1. Data Collection & Usage

We collect your lease documents for the sole purpose of analyzing them. Lease documents are processed securely and the original files are deleted from our storage immediately after the text extraction is complete. Extracted text is retained only to display your report and is not used to train global AI models.

2. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We have never sold, and will never sell, your personal information or lease data to third parties. Our business model is based entirely on providing value directly to renters through our Action Kits, not through monetizing your data.

3. CCPA / CPRA Rights (Do Not Sell My Information)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws, you have the right to request that we do not sell your personal information. Because we do not sell your data in the first place, you are already fully opted-out of any data sales. If you would like to request deletion of any analysis records associated with your session or email, please contact us at support@apartmentleasereview.com.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and LlamaParse/Google AI (document processing). Data shared with these processors is strictly limited to what is necessary to perform the service.
